Deutsche Plasser <\/span>Bahnbaumaschinen<\/span> GmbH and <\/span>Robel\u2019s<\/span> b<\/span>usiness <\/span>u<\/span>nit Service & <\/span>Support<\/span> (<\/span>S&<\/span>S<\/span>) <\/span>are now one unit<\/span>: <\/span>Plasser Robel Services GmbH (PRS) was established on 1st January 2022 and is the largest service <\/span>organisation<\/span> within the Plasser & Theurer group of companies.<\/span><\/p>\n

PRS will look after the <\/span>whole<\/span> life cycle of the rail-bound vehicles and machines from Plasser & Theurer in selected markets and from Robel worldwide<\/span>. As such they are <\/span>partner and central point of contact for customers with regard to all servicing areas of the two brands.<\/span><\/p>\n

Karl Oberreiter, former Managing Director of Deutsche Plasser and Head of Robel\u2019s business unit Service & Support, will be in charge of the new company with 250 employees<\/span> at three locations<\/span> in <\/span>Munich, <\/span>Opladen<\/span> and Freilassing<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/span>Deutsche Plasser <\/span>Bahnbaumaschinen<\/span> GmbH with its headquarters in Munich changed its company name to Plasser Robel Services GmbH (PRS) with effect from 1st January 2022. PRS will be the legal successor of Deutsche Plasser, the new service company\u2019s headquarters will remain in Munich.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/span>As an umbrella company, Robel Holding GmbH comprises of six subsidiary companies for the brands of the Robel <\/span>G<\/span>roup to <\/span>internationalise<\/span> and expand its product portfolio, and a service company for its products in selected countries.
